"Super easy to get the hang of"
I’ve been using Stash for a bit now, and it’s been really straightforward. I’m not someone who knows a ton about investing, but the app makes it easy to look around, find what I need, and keep an eye on my account without feeling lost. I haven’t had to deal with confusing menus or anything like that. From my experience so far, it’s been smooth and simple to use

"Login issue got sorted faster than I thought"
I couldn’t log in for some reason, which was annoying, of course. I reached out to support and they got me back into my account way quicker than I expected. Nice to have it fixed without a whole back-and-forth...

"Withdrawals were quicker than I expected"
I mostly use Stash for smaller investing, so when I went to withdraw money for the first time, I was a little unsure if I was doing everything right.
It wasn’t instant, but the money showed up in my bank in about 2 business days, which seemed reasonable to me. I’ve used a couple other apps where it felt slower, so I’m assuming that’s a decent turnaround?
I’d probably give it a full 5 stars if the pending screen explained things a bit more clearly, because I did keep checking to make sure nothing was wrong. But overall, the speed was fine and I didn’t really have any issues

"I feel so much better having auto..."
I feel so much better having auto investing set up. It just runs in the background, and I barely have to think about it anymore, which makes the whole investing process feel way less stressful.

"Portfolio has been just okay"
My Stash portfolio is up a little, but nothing too exciting. Some months it feels like it barely moves, even when the market seems to be doing better overall. The app itself is easy enough to use, but I wish the returns were stronger for what I’ve been putting in. I’ve reached out with questions before and kind of felt dismissed, like my concerns weren’t really taken seriously. Overall, it’s not bad, but it’s not great either...

"It’s fine, but I wasn’t impressed"
My first thought after using the stash debit card was basically, “Yeah, this is okay.” It works fine for everyday purchases, and I haven’t had any major issues with it. But the perks don’t really stand out, and transfers have felt slower than I expected. Not terrible by any means, just not something I’d get excited about.

"Works alright for me, but the app can be frustrating"
I mostly use Stash on my phone, and for the most part it does what I need. On a normal day, it’s fine, but I’ve definitely had moments where the app feels slow or a little glitchy. A couple of times it randomly logged me out or wouldn’t load my account right away, which is stressful when it’s your money you’re trying to check on. It usually sorts itself out after a bit, so it’s not a total dealbreaker for me, but I do wish it felt more stable. Overall, I’d say it’s okay, just not as reliable as I’d like.

"Fees are clear"
I kinda like how Stash is upfront about the fees. I don’t have to dig around or wonder if something’s hidden in the fine print. The monthly cost is easy to find, which makes it simpler for me to decide if it’s worth it. i wish more apps handled it this way.

"Decent options, thankfully not overwhelming"
I actually like the mix of choices on Stash. There are enough stocks and ETFs to pick from without making you feel like you need a finance degree, which is always appreciated. I found a few companies I recognized, plus some safer-looking funds, so overall it was a easy experience.

I’ll admit, stash was easy to figure out as a beginner, which I appreciated. Some of the fees and choices were a little confusing at first, and I’m not totally sold on everything about it. But for learning the basics and getting comfortable, it does the job well enough.

"Closing my account was easy"
I closed my stash account last week and it was easier than I expected. I thought it might be a whole thing or kinda confusing, but the steps were clear enough and I didnt get stuck.
I did have to wait a bit for everything to settle, but support got back to me quick when I had a question. No drama or weird runaround, just a smooth experiance overall.

"Stash is decent if you're just getting..."
Stash is decent if you're just getting started, and the app is super easy to use. But the monthly fee feels kinda steep when you don’t have much money invested yet. I do like the overall setup, I just really wish the pricing was lower or a little more flexible. It’s not terrible, but it’s not amazing either.

"Setup was fine, just a little drawn out"
Signing up for stash was straightforward overall, so I have to give them credit for that. That said, the onboarding took longer than I expected, with a few more questions than I thought were necessary, and a couple of screens loaded slowly. To be fair, everything did work in the end and I didn’t run into any major issues. It just wasn’t the smoothest setup experience. Not terrible, but not especially great either.

"Surprisingly smooth to add money"
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to add funds. The transfers went through quickly too, which I didn’t really expect. So far, everything has been simple and hassle-free.

"Support was decent, just a bit slow"
They did help me in the end, and I was relieved about that, but the replies took longer than I expected. At first I thought the support was really frustrating, well, maybe not frustrating exactly, just slower than I’d hoped.

"Still not totally sure I trust it"
I tried using Stash for a little while, and even though a friend recommended it to me, I just couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling about the security side of things. Maybe everything is totally fine, but I didn’t feel like there was enough clear info to make me comfortable with my personal details and money on there long term.
